- Pack of pastry dough (round) 0.25
- Damsons 0.25 kg
- Ground hazelnuts 3.75 g
- Cream 62.50 gm
- Eggs 0.75 pce
- Sugar 15 g
Wash damsons, take out the stones and quarter lengthwise. Lightly flour the bottom part of the dough, put it on the perforated baking tray and prick it with a fork a few times. Sprinkle the ground nuts on the dough evenly. Layer the damsons on the dough in circles, starting from the outside. Mix all the ingredients for the topping with an egg whisk and pour over the fruit.
Place the baking tray in the middle of the grid. Close the lid and bake for about 30 minutes at 220 °C. Take out, allow to cool, take out of the tray and serve.
