- Flour 41.67 Gramm
- Baking powder 2.67 g
- Ham, cut into small cubes 50 g
- Greyerzer cheese, grated 25 g
- Italian parsley, finely chopped 0.83 g
- Cream 16.67 g
- Mustard, mild 3.33 g
- Eggs 0.50 pcs
- Butter, soft 20.83 g
- Salt 0.17 dash
- Freshly ground pepper
- Butter for silicone forms
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (may use mixer) and fill into the silicone forms, up to 3/4 full.
Place the silicone form in the preheated grill and let the muffins bake for approx. 20 minutes at 200° C.
Towards the end of the baking time, simply insert a wooden skewer or toothpick into the muffins and pull out again: If some batter sticks, then continue baking.
