  • Jumbo shrimps, head off 13/15 3 Stück
  • Fish seasoning 2.5 g
  • Garlic olive oil 2.5 g
  • Vegetables (aubergines, peppers, courgettes, tomatoes, champignons) 200 g
  • Soybean sprouts
  • large Onion 0.25 pcs
  • Cloves of garlic 0.75 pcs
  • Vegetable seasoning 7.5 g

PREPARATIONS

Season the shrimps and marinate in the garlic oil
Cut the vegetables into small pieces, slice the onions and cut the garlic into small cubes.

COOKING

Sauté the shrimps briefly in the preheated cast -iron wok and then remove.
Place the aubergines and peppers in the wok and let them steam for approx. 3 minutes at a medium level, then add the remaining vegetables and continue to steam for about 3 minutes. Season with vegetable seasoning.
Add the shrimps and the soybean sprouts and heat briefly.
