  • T-bone steaks of about 700 g each 0.50 Stück
  • Crushed black peppercorns 0.75 g
  • A little sea salt

PREPARATION

Take the meat out of the refrigerator 2 hours in advance, so that it can reach room temperature.

COOKING

Grill the steaks at high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on the griddle, then turn them over and grill the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes, until the steak reaches a core temperature of 51 °C. Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes before serving and season with salt and pepper.
