- Pack of baking powder 2.67 g
- Butter, cubed 8.33 g
- Eggs 0.33 pce
- Joghurt, natural 30 g
- Carrots 12.5 g
- Courgette, cut into small cubes 12.5 g
- Butter for the silicone forms
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and butter. Add the eggs and the yoghurt and mix into a dough (this can also be done in a mixer). Then mix in the vegetables. Grease the silicone form with butter. Grease the silicone form with butter and fill ¾ full with the vegetable dough.
Place the silicone form in the preheated barbecue and bake the muffins for about 20 minutes at 200 °C.
Near the end of the baking time, simply insert a small wooden stick or toothpick into the muffins and pull it out again: If dough sticks to the wood then just continue baking.
The ingredients are intended for our silicone forms – one silicone form = about 6 people.
