Grilled watermelon with feta and mint
- 1 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Watermelon
- 200 g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tablespoon Chives, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Mint, finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.
Get all of the ingredients ready.
Remove the peel from the watermelon and cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pieces of melon on the preheated griddle and grill at 250 °C. Turn the pieces of melon after 4 minutes and grill for another 4 minutes until cooked.
Remove the pieces of melon from the grill and place the Gourmet Pan on the grill. Brush the Gourmet pan with oil and heat briefly.
Spread the pieces of melon around the pan and cover evenly with the feta cheese. Cook the melon and feta mix for 7 minutes at 200 °C with the lid closed. Remove from the grill, put onto a plate and serve, garnished with the chives and mint. Season with salt and pepper.
