- 1.5 kg Mushrooms (e.g. white and brown mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, Chinese mushrooms)
- 50 g Butter
- 2 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Onions, cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 40 ml Milk
- 2 Piece(s) / Portion(s) Cloves of garlic, crushed
Preheat the grill in the Standard position for 5 minutes at the medium level, keep the lid closed.
Mix together the mayonnaise, milk and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces depending on their size.
Melt the butter in the preheated Gourmet Pan and sauté the onions with the garlic. Add the mushrooms, sauté lightly, season with salt and pepper.
Allow the mushrooms to cook indirectly for 15 minutes at 220 °C. Serve the mushrooms with the sauce.
