- meat spice 7.5 g
- honey 5 g
- soy sauce 5 g

Stir the olive oil and meat spice together and brush on the beef. Wrap in cling foil and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Remove the beef from the refrigerator about 1 hour before grilling so that it warms to room temperature.
Stir the ingredients for the coating into a smooth mixture.
Grill the beef in the preheated grill for about 70 minutes at 180 °C in indirect heat until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 49 °C. Brush on the coating towards the end of the grilling time. Remove the beef from the grill. Cover up and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving until the internal temperature reaches 55 °C.
