- Rashers of bacon 2
- Eggs 1 Stk
- Ground pepper
- A little oil for frying
Heat the oil lightly on the griddle and fry the bacon at medium heat on both sides for about 2 minutes, until it is crisp. Carefully break the eggs and let them slide onto the griddle, frying them at medium heat for about 5 minutes. The egg yolk should be warm. Before serving, place the bacon on some kitchen towel to drain off excess fat. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and serve together with the bacon.
Two-part grid – funnel with indirect heat at the same time, toast 8 slices of bread on the grid side. Griddle – funnel with direct heat.
